WHEN WILL I GET MY GARDEN DELIVERED?
Delivery of your Everleaf Garden will begin in August 2025. We deliver chronologically based on the order date. This means: the sooner you order, the sooner you will receive your Everleaf Garden.
Waiting until August allows us to ensure that each product is made with the utmost care and quality. August is also the ideal time to start your indoor garden—just as the outdoor gardening season is slowly coming to an end, you can continue harvesting fresh vegetables with the Everleaf Garden.
WHY ARE YOU DOING A PRE-SALE? USE OF FUNDS?
As a hardware startup, we have to make advance payments long before you receive your Everleaf Garden, order components, commission suppliers, set up logistics, etc. We use the money from pre-sales to finance this production.
Salaries, rent and other operating costs that are not directly related to the production of your garden are financed exclusively with venture capital from our investors and are not paid for with the money from pre-sales.
Only in the future, when we as a company have reached a certain sales volume, will we be able to have production pre-financed by banks and there will then no longer be any need for pre-sales.
Our first pre-sale two years ago was a complete success and many customers were delighted with the exclusive discount price. We would now like to repeat this success with the next delivery to Everleaf Gardens.

To secure the Everleaf Garden in advance at the special price, full payment is required. This allows us to order the necessary raw materials and finance production. Should you change your mind, we will refund you at any time and without hassle. This means you can cancel your order easily and informally. This frees up your spot, and someone else has the chance to receive the Everleaf Garden sooner.
Even after receiving your Garden, you have the option to return it within 60 days according to our voluntary return policy. In this case, we will promptly refund you in full.

WHERE IS THE Everleaf GARDEN PRODUCED?
Most parts of the Everleaf Garden are produced in Austria and Germany. Regional production allows us to test and deliver more quickly. We then carry out the final assembly steps ourselves in Vienna to ensure that the quality meets our high standards before the Everleaf Garden is sent to your home.
WHERE SHOULD I PLACE MY Everleaf GARDEN?
You can set up your Everleaf Garden wherever it suits you best. The only important thing is that you have a power outlet and that the room temperature is between 18-24°C. The Everleaf Garden is designed so that with a diameter of just 45cm it takes up little space and fits into every corner of your home.
DO I NEED A WATER CONNECTION?
No. All you need is access to clean drinking water and in fact, tap water is the best option! The Everleaf Garden comes with a 20-litre water tank that you will need to refill with fresh tap water once a week. Typically, you will refill no more than 5-7 litres each week once the plants are fully grown.
Can you hear the irrigation?
Don't worry, watering your Everleaf Garden is virtually silent! Thanks to our patented hydroponic technology, your plants are watered quietly. We've also integrated a high-quality pump that runs so quietly you'll barely notice it's running. So you can sit back and relax while your plants thrive.
How much power does it consume?
During development, it was particularly important to us to create a design that is extremely energy efficient. The Everleaf Garden uses only one efficient LED strip and therefore only consumes 1.5 kWh (kilowatt hour) per day.
Do I need an app to operate it?
No, the Everleaf Garden is designed so that you can operate it easily without an app. It was important to us to make it as easy to use as possible, without WiFi or app installations. You set everything up directly on the device, and that's it! This means the Everleaf Garden can also be located in places where there is no WiFi connection. In the event of a short power outage, you don't have to reconfigure anything - the garden continues to run as normal. In addition, you are not dependent on an app in the long term, which increases the reliability of the device.
What does the integrated germination mode do?
The integrated germination mode ensures that your plants receive less water in the initial phase to maximize germination success. Some plant varieties may be disturbed in their germination process by normal hourly watering. The germination mode optimally adjusts the watering so that your plants can grow successfully.

ARE THE SEEDS ORGANIC?
All seeds at Everleaf are non-GMO and organically grown as much as possible. But don't worry, the plants you grow are still free of pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, plant hormones or other suspect substances! We have tested all the plants in our range long and hard to ensure that you have a successful growing experience.
We also offer you the option to purchase empty plant capsules from us so that you can grow your own seeds and varieties.
CAN I USE MY OWN SEEDS?
Sure! We not only offer filled plant capsules, but also empty capsules so you can use your own seeds.
WHAT IS THE SUBSTRATE MADE OF?
For our substrate we only use 100% compostable coconut fibers - completely free of peat and therefore harmless to nature.
WILL MORE VARIETIES BE OFFERED IN THE FUTURE?
Of course! The current range is just the beginning. We are always looking for and constantly testing new varieties. If you think of an exciting variety, please share it with us.
How does the 100% germination guarantee work?
If after 30 days one or more of your plants have not germinated, we will replace them without exception. To take advantage of this guarantee offer, please email us at hi@myeverleaf.com and attach a picture of the substrate split in the middle and the seeds visible. This will allow us to further analyze the reason for the lack of germination and improve our germination rates in the future.
Since sustainability is important to us, we would like to ask for your understanding that the new plants will only be included with your next order. You do not need to do anything else; we will save this information and automatically send the promised plant with your next order.
