Most parts of the Everleaf Garden are produced in Austria. Regional production allows us to test and deliver faster. We then carry out the final assembly steps ourselves in Vienna to ensure that the quality meets our high standards before the Everleaf Garden is shipped to your home.
You can set up your Everleaf Garden wherever it suits you best. The only important thing is that you have a power outlet and that the room temperature is between 18-24°C. The Everleaf Garden is designed so that with a diameter of just 45cm it takes up little space and fits into every corner of your home.
No. All you need is access to clean drinking water and in fact, tap water is the best option! The Everleaf Garden comes with a 20-litre water tank that you will need to refill with fresh tap water once a week. Typically, you will refill no more than 5-7 litres each week once the plants are fully grown.
No – you can't hear it. Thanks to our patented technology, the water flows silently inside the columns. The pump runs once an hour for 15 minutes, but so quietly that you'll only notice it if you're standing right next to it and listening intently. It's completely unnoticeable in everyday use.
That's the genius of the Everleaf Garden: You don't have to harvest all your plants at once, like you're used to at the supermarket. Instead, you always harvest exactly what you need fresh in the kitchen. The rest simply stays in the garden and grows back happily. This way, nothing ends up in the trash, and you have fresh leaves and herbs ready to hand for weeks.
You can harvest herbs like basil, mint, or parsley repeatedly for many months. Lettuce, on the other hand, grows back quickly but should be replaced with a new plant after about 2-3 months, as it then begins to flower and lose flavor. Nevertheless, you'll still get many times more than a single supermarket lettuce in this time.
1.5 kWh per day – that's roughly equivalent to one dishwasher cycle. Energy efficiency was important to us during development – that's why the Garden relies exclusively on an efficient LED strip instead of multiple separate light sources.
No. You can set yourself when the light turns on in the morning and off again in the evening. By default, it lights for 16 hours a day and then automatically switches off. This setting has proven ideal for healthy plant growth in many tests.
Once the plants are larger and grow closer to the light, you can easily reduce the lighting duration to 14–15 hours. If your garden is also located near a sunny window, the light can also be set for a shorter duration.
New: Additionally, the plant light can now be dimmed and thus individually adapted to your home ambiance. The integrated sunrise and sunset mode ensures that the light gently brightens in the morning and slowly dims in the evening.
No, the Everleaf Garden is designed so that you can operate it easily without an app. It was important to us to make it as easy to use as possible, without WiFi or app installations. You set everything up directly on the device, and that's it! This means the Everleaf Garden can also be placed in places where there is no WiFi connection. In the event of a short power outage, you don't have to reconfigure anything - the garden continues to run as normal. In addition, you are not dependent on an app in the long term, which increases the reliability of the device.
The integrated germination mode ensures that your plants receive less water in the initial phase to maximize germination success. Some plant varieties may be disturbed in their germination process by normal hourly watering. The germination mode optimally adjusts the watering so that your plants can grow successfully.
Yes, that's easily possible! With a few simple tips, your Everleaf Garden will stay in top condition even while you're away:
Partial harvests
Harvest about half of your plants. This way they use less water, and your garden will usually last twice as long without needing to refill.
Big Harvest & New Start
If you're going to be away for an extended period, take the opportunity to harvest the entire crop and plant new seed pods. Water consumption is very low during the germination phase (approximately 2-3 weeks) – ideal if you're on vacation.
Pruning & Root Care
If you want to keep your plants, prune them back severely and shorten the roots by slightly more than half. This will slow their growth and significantly reduce their water requirements.

Plant
Yes, you can harvest most of our plants leaf by leaf. This means they continue to grow for many weeks or even months. For example, a single lettuce plant yields the equivalent of about three supermarket lettuces. The big advantage: You only harvest as much as you need, avoiding food waste. However, there comes a time when the plant enters the flowering phase or the stem becomes too strong; then you harvest the entire plant and start with a new one.
All seeds at Everleaf are non-GMO and organically grown as much as possible. But don't worry, the plants you grow are still free of pesticides, fungicides, insecticides, plant hormones or other suspect substances! We have tested all the plants in our range long and hard to ensure that you have a successful growing experience.
We also offer you the option to purchase empty plant capsules from us so that you can grow your own seeds and varieties.
Of course! We offer not only pre-filled plant pods, but also empty pods so you can use your own seeds. You can find these under Accessories.
For our substrate we only use 100% compostable coconut fibers - completely free of peat and therefore harmless to nature.
When stored in a cool, dry, and dark place, the pods will keep for 9–12 months without any loss of germination capacity. An ideal temperature is approximately 10–18 °C. Do not store in the refrigerator, as condensation can damage the seeds. Store in the original packaging or in an airtight container, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

If one or more of your plants have not germinated after 30 days, you will of course receive a credit for the affected plant. The amount will be credited to your customer account and can be automatically redeemed with your next order.
