Everleaf stands for fresh enjoyment directly from your own home. With the Everleaf Garden, we offer a vertical indoor garden that allows fresh herbs, vegetables, and salads to be grown at home all year round. Made in Austria, for people who want to know where their food comes from. With over 1,000 enthusiastic customers in a very short time, we are now looking for someone to actively shape this growth.
What awaits you
This position is broad, and that's on purpose. From day 1, you will get real responsibility, and in one year, you will learn more than anywhere else.
- You will develop new creative concepts, edit videos yourself, and plan structured A/B tests.
- You will coordinate UGC creators as well as in-house photo and video productions.
- You will analyze what works, document the learnings, and scale the winners.
- You will actively expand our influencer network and maintain existing partnerships.
- You will support our community in the Facebook group and answer comments on all platforms.
- You will assist with customer service via live chat, email, and phone.
- You will test new marketing and sales channels and contribute your own ideas.
You will work closely with our founder and CEO, who is an experienced DTC and e-commerce specialist. No micromanagement, but you will have someone who thinks with you and helps you progress.
What you bring
- Initial experience in marketing, e-commerce, or DTC area is a plus.
- You can edit videos and have a knack for good creative.
- Native German, fluent English.
- You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and actively contribute your own ideas.
- You enjoy variety and don't want to do the same thing every day.
