As a hardware startup, we need to invest in components, suppliers, and logistics long before your Everleaf Garden is delivered. The funds from the pre-order help finance this production.

Salaries, rent, and other operational costs not directly related to production are covered exclusively by our investors' venture capital, not by pre-order funds.

In the future, once we achieve a certain revenue level, we can secure production financing through banks, eliminating the need for pre-orders.

To secure the Everleaf Garden in advance at the special price, full payment is required. This allows us to order the necessary raw materials and finance production. Should you change your mind, we will refund you at any time and without hassle. This means you can cancel your order easily and informally. This frees up your spot, and someone else has the chance to receive the Everleaf Garden sooner.

Even after receiving your Garden, you have the option to return it within 60 days according to our voluntary return policy. In this case, we will promptly refund you in full.
