Germ guarantee
If one of your plants has not germinated after 30 days, we will credit you €1.79 for each affected plant. You can use this credit with your next order to include the plant for free as part of a 24-piece set.
Please note that only one plant can be submitted per form. If multiple plants are affected, please fill out the form multiple times accordingly.
Please fill out the form completely, using the email address you used to place your order. This allows us to clearly assign your request and correctly store the credit in your customer account.
Additionally, you will need to upload a photo showing the substrate carefully torn open in the middle. This helps us better understand what might have caused the issue and continuously improve our germination rates.
