Germination guarantee
If one of your plants has not germinated after 30 days, we will credit you with €1.79 for each affected plant. You can use this credit with your next order to add the plant free of charge to your 24-piece set.
Please note that only one plant can be submitted per form. If several plants are affected, please fill out the form multiple times accordingly.
Please fill out the form completely and use the email address with which you placed your order. This way, we can clearly assign your request and correctly store the credit in your customer account.
In addition, please upload a photo showing the substrate carefully torn open in the middle. This will help us better understand what might have caused the issue and continuously improve our germination rates.
To ensure everything runs quickly and smoothly, please take a look at the example photo beforehand.
