How it works
If one or more of your plants haven't germinated after 30 days , you will of course receive a credit for the affected plant. Please note that only one plant can be submitted per form. If multiple plants are affected, please fill out the form multiple times accordingly.
Please fill out the form completely, using the email address you used to place your order. This will allow us to clearly identify your request and correctly credit your customer account.
Additionally, we ask you to upload a photo showing the substrate carefully torn open in the middle. This will help us better understand what the problem might have been and continuously improve our germination rates.
To ensure everything runs quickly and smoothly, please take a look at the sample photo beforehand.
